Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bluefridayco. 

We want you to love your purchase so if you are not entirely satisfied with it, we're here to help.

Unfortunately all orders can not be cancelled once placed!


We have a 2 day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please email our customer service at and be sure to include: your first and last name, your order number, and reason for return/exchange. Any items reported after our 2  Day return time ( or posted delivery date ), or showing evident physical wear or tampering will not be accepted for review. All Returns/ Exchanges must be sent back to our return address within 14 days of sending your return request.

Not all returns will be accepted, as we are being extra precautious on checking our items making sure that items are sent back with the most quality that it was received. We do not process refunds to original form of payment. All approved returns are issued store credit or an exchange. Exchange/ return shipping cost are at expense of the customer to mail the item(s) back to our warehouse facility. 

Please Note all exchanges/returns are processed within 5-7 business days after being received at our facility. Once your return has been approved we will send you an email with an update regarding your return as well as a following email containing your store credit.

** all shipping costs are non refundable**

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages And Issues

All items are inspected by our team before sending out any of our products. So please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers have up to 2 days after the delivery date to notify us of any damages or issues with the item.

Exceptions/ non-Returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These items include Jewelry/Accessories, Bralettes, Bodysuits/ Skin tight rompers, Anything white ( as white stains easily), Hats, Sale items, Swim, Intimates and items purchased during a promotion.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Once an item is shipped, packages are in the hands of USPS or UPS depending on the shipping method you've selected. For this reason, we do not cover any lost or stolen packages. In event that your package is missing, please contact USPS or UPS (depending on the shipping method you choose) with your tracking number so that they can further assist you. Refunds or replacement packages will not be granted for any lost or stolen packages.
